  • Break it down into Monthly Sales Goal

  • Determine your Closing Ratios

  • Work Backwards to determine how many Proposals are necessary

  • How many meetings before at proposal stage

  • How many phone calls to set first meeting

  • How many phone attempts to get contact

Now you know what you must do EVERYDAY to reach your goals!
